Hi All,

John Cuff is in the states this month.

Come to a Mission Party with John.

THURSDAY, AUGUST 28th, 2014 at Ascension's parish center. 6 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. 808 S. East Ave. (East side across from the church.)

We'll have pizza, pop, and beer.

Please let me know if you are able to join us (or not). Email.

    Peace
       Jay

The 2014 version of our Mission Party was Saturday June 28.

Ascension is at East Avenue and Van Buren. We'll gather in the Pine Poom
(lower level of the school - west of the Church). Plenty of parking but note
that Mass starts at 5:00. The only price of admission is a voluntary
donation to our Maryknoll brother, John Cuff, for his continuing work in
Hong Kong. Last year we raised $500.

Last year we also invited anyone who attended Q while we were there,
and several attended. This year we are also welcoming spouses/significant
others. I'm sure many are curious who these "old guys" grew up with!

Spread the word! Just let me know how many to expect. We'll have pop, beer,
wine, hot dogs and potato salad.

  Hoping to see you.
  Ora et Labora! Peace
    Jay

Hi all,

It was a fun gathering, with 25 in attendance including "non-grads" George
Ambrose, Jim Gallagher, Jim Morrisroe, and JC Murray! (4 others were expected
but had a last minute change of plans.)

We raised $500 to send to Jack Cuff. If you'd like to make a donation, feel
free to send it to Jack. His verified current address is -- Maryknoll Fathers
and Brothers / 44 Stanley Village Road / Stanley Hong Kong.

Hope to see you next year!

  Ora et Labora!
