               CMA-WTTW meeting, March 13, 2003



GENERAL:

 Special evenings of working people's organizations
 presenting their positions on issues. Each month, but
 special forums on "No More Wars!" are needed immediately!


EACH SPECIAL EVENING:

  A.Lead-in documentary film on topic (1+ hour).

  B.Live discussion (1 hour). Working class organization
     leaders on panels and in participating audiences in
     studios and/or community sites.

Other forums return to war issues and, for example,

"The Stupid Economy!", "Bring Back Our Civil Rights and
Freedoms!", "Break Up the Media Monopolies!", "Broadcast Our
Stuff, Too!", "End The Wars!", "Illinois Can Afford Quality
Public Education!", "Labor Has The Right to Organize!", "No
Homeless in America!", "Poor Families Need Help!", "Fund
Mental Health Care!", ….


NEGOTIABLES:
  Additional advanced promotion. Additional reshowings. We
  and WTTW to concur on press releases, panelists, hosts,
  segment lead-in video clips. Our co-producers/liaisons
  advise the producers and the director. Production
  credits. Telephone hookup to some leaders not in a
  studio. Setting design. Information screens. Signs and
  artwork encouraged. Budgeting for expenses and
  compensation for certain workers' time. …
